This policy explains what information Pellegrino Land Works ("we", "us") collects on landclearingandmulching.com, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers the website, the estimate form, and the calls and text messages that follow a request.
Information you give us
When you send the estimate form we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, the ZIP code of the lot, the project type, your notes about the job, and whether you checked the box agreeing to calls and texts. Only the phone number and ZIP code are required. If you call or text us, we receive your phone number and what you tell us.
Information collected automatically
- The address of the page you sent the form from, so we know which service or area you were reading about.
- Website statistics from Umami, a privacy friendly analytics tool. It counts page views, the referring site, browser, device type and country, and clicks on buttons such as Call and Get Estimate. Umami does not use cookies and does not store your IP address or build a profile of you.
- Standard security and traffic logs kept by Cloudflare, which hosts the site, used to keep the site online and block abuse.
We do not use advertising cookies or sell access to your browsing.
How we use your information
- To answer your request, schedule the on-site estimate and give you a written price.
- To call and text you about your estimate and your job: scheduling windows, arrival times, questions about the lot and follow ups.
- To run, secure and improve the website and to filter spam.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Text messages
If you check the consent box on the form, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Pellegrino Land Works about your estimate and job at the number you gave. Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and HELP for help, or call (352) 619-3597. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver the messages for us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that work for us, such as our customer management system, phone and text messaging providers, website hosting and analytics. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
- The crew assigned to your job, who receive the details needed to do the work.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and safety.
- A buyer or successor, if the business is sold or reorganized.
How long we keep it
We keep request and job records as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and legal record rules, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner unless we have to keep it by law.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and the form goes straight to our systems. No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, but we limit access to the people who need it to do the work.
Your choices

Children
This site is meant for adults planning work on their land. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
